WERA Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) reduction involves the following steps:

WeraDesk V2.5 offers a frequency scan prior to the measurements to identify the clearest working frequency.
The latest CL7 software provides additional information regarding the RFI structure. This is passed to the processing routines by adding a .RFI file to the .SORT files. If you don't want to use the RFI reduction software, please delete the .RFI files as they occupy some disk space and use the old programs: wera16_grid and wera16_spec_cwrad or wera16_beam.
The Fortran processing software picks up the .SORT and .RFI files when processing gridded spectra by wera16_grid_rfi and wera16_spec_cwrad_rfi.

The following packages need to be installed on the system:

PC104: PC104_16-JUL-2004.exe [16-Jul-2004] or AD9852_ZIP.EXE [18-Aug-2004]
depending on your architecture (386 or 386SX).
CL7: CL7upd.dsk [26-Feb-2007], install on top of an initial or existing configuration.
Linux PC choose the 32 Bit or 64 Bit archives depending on your architecture:
