WERA HF Radar Test Instruments: Calibration Box
To calibrate all receiver channels including the cables to the antennas,
a Calibration Box is required.
The purpose is to provide test signals with equal amplitude and phase to
all antenna inputs as described in the section '5. WERA Calibration' of
the WERA Set-Up Guide.
The 16 N-type plugs are located on a circle of 10 cm radius around
the central feed point (T.S.).
All connections from T.S. to the individual plugs must have the same
mechanical length to ensure a phase difference of ZERO between the
calibration signals.
