WeraDesk Web Interface Documentation - User's Guide
Please note in this field the range offset in meters due to cable lenth (sum of cable length to the transmit antenna and
to the receive antennas). Include the cable factors, e.g. 1/0.66 for RG213, into the calculation to include the
total delay of the electromagnetic wave.
Remarks
- This parameter is used to correct the absolute range measured by the WERA
by the offset introduced by cable delays. Both Rx and Tx cable lengths must
be taken into account. If RG 213 cable is used, the factor correcting the
speed of light is 0.66, i.e. 100 m of cable refers to 151 m of range.
