WERA HF Radar Software - Proc_WeraDesk - Process WeraDesk Requests

• The source code is in ~/weradesk/Proc_WeraDesk.F
• Compilation with ~/weradesk/do_Proc_WeraDesk.sh
• The installation script ~/weradesk/WeraDesk_install.sh
• moves the executable to ~/public_html/cgi-bin/Proc_WeraDesk where it can be started by the Apache web server.

Proc_WeraDesk reads the parameter list from /home/wera/etc/WeraDesk.tmp and performs the following actions:

• [1] Read STOP_CONTACQ status from Crontab.html
• [2] Read STOPPED and TEST_MODE status from Status.html
• [3] Read all lines of WeraDesk.html
• [4] Read all lines of Wstatus.html
• [5] Uncheck all checkboxes, check them later when parameters are set.
• [6] Read a parameter/value pair from /home/wera/etc/WeraDesk.tmp
• [7] Interpret the parameter and decode the value; update WeraDesk.html and Wstatus.html
• [8] Loop back to [6] until all parameters are read
• [9] Re-calculate MAX_RAN, ACQ_MIN, ACQ_SEC; update WeraDesk.html and Wstatus.html
• [10] Generate the extended Header data structure
• [10a] If automatic frequency scans are selected, generate the extended Header scan structure
• [11] Check for illegal values in the parameter fields e.g. is 'repetition time' shorter than 'data acquisition time'?
• [12] Check for compatibility of current and requested status; set ERROR if necessary
• [13] Check for illegal values in the parameter fields e.g. is 'repetition time' shorter than 'data acquisition time'? Set ERROR if necessary
• [14] If ERROR is set, write message to WeraDesk.html and Wstatus.html
• [15] Write WeraDesk.html and Wstatus.html
• [16] If no ERROR write extended Header to /home/wera/etc/ctrl_data.cpy and submit it to mkcron .
• [16a] If automatic frequency scans are selected and no ERROR write extended Header to /home/wera/etc/scan_data.cpy and submit it to mkcron .

1. Install WeraDesk .html pages using an existing WeraDesk.tmp:
   
   • Read /home/wera/etc/WeraDesk.tmp
   • Modify /home/wera/public_html/WeraDesk.html and /home/wera/public_html/Wstatus.shtml
   • Do not write /home/wera/etc/ctrl_data.tmp
   • Do not call mkcron/stm i.e. do not execute the commands
2. Generate an extended Header without executing commands
   • Read /home/wera/etc/WeraDesk.tmp
   • Modify /home/wera/public_html/WeraDesk.html and /home/wera/public_html/Wstatus.shtml
   • Write an extended Header to the file passed behind '-f', e.g. /home/wera/etc/cal_data.cpy.
   • Do not call mkcron/stm i.e. do not execute the commands
