TrueNorth is the angle in degrees from Geographic North to the line along the array when looking from antenna 1 to antenna 12 (or 16). The monitored area is left to this line. Please ensure, that no sea echos can be received from the right (back) side of the array. This can be ensured by
- having only land on that side,
- having enough directivity at the transmit antenna, only illuminating the left side,
- or suppressing the right side by installing a second row of antennas behind the linear array. Please ask for details, if this is the only solution.
