WERA HF Radar Software - Radial Current Statistics
The following figure explains how the variance and accuracy of a radial
current vector are calculated:
Note that the accuracy given here does not contain any geometrical
influence (GDOP),
as this is done when combining two or more radial components
using 'rad2uv'.
