WERA HF Radar Software - PC104 Program Documentation
This is the software which runs on the PC104 and controls the chirp generators.
It communicates with the CL7 real-time software through a serial line (RS232)
due to historical reasons. At a later stage it is planned to move the PC104
functionality to the CL7. The PC104 software can be used in two modes:
Receive Mode: Communication through the serial line.
AD9852
Without parameters sets the default gain of 4095
AD9852 G nnnn
G = select Gain Mode
nnnn = Transmitter gain: 0 (min) ... 4095 (max)
Test Mode: Interactive mode.
AD9852 T Freq
T = select Test Mode
Freq = 16050000.0 (fixed frequency in Hz)
AD9852 T S Freq RR RXoff
T = select Test Mode
S = select chirp
Freq = 16050000.0 (center frequency in Hz)
RR = 300.0 (range resolution in m, is transformed to bandwidth)
