Make_RFI_Nam

The subroutine Make_RFI_Nam.F calculates the file name of the associated RFI file from the name of a SORT file by exchanging "SORT" to "RFI" (or "sort" to "rfi") in the file name's extension. Examples:
file.abSORTcde -› file.abRFIcde
file.USORT -› file.URFI
file.USORT1 -› file.URFI1
file.Usort -› file.Urfi
file.absortcde -› file.abrficde
