WERA Calibration data (.CAL)

This is the data format of WERA calibration data. The following information is also read from the header of each calibration file:

The TAU duration of a chirp,
the MT length of a chirp,
the NFFT number of chirps,
the NANT number of antennas, and
the TX power during calibration
the Mode Bits during calibration (info on Mode Bits)
the HZMode Bits during calibration (info on HZMode Bits)
the Date and Time includung the seconds SS of the acquisition start time
the Site Name of the radar
the Operating Frequency (center of the chirp)
the Latitude of the site location
the Longitude of the site location
the Comment noted with the acquisition

The structure in each calibration file is as follows:

Each [Chirp_number,ANT] data set consists of 2*MT INTEGER*2 (16 bit signed integer) values, which form MT I/Q pairs for a complex FFT.
